SFR is a non-partisan group on campus. We formed to educate people on issues, and let them make their own decisions. We thought the campus needed a group that was not party affiliated, to allow dialogue between ideologies and educate people in current events. We run a paper on campus that focuses on objective articles and editorials. The objective articles are meant to educate people on complicated current event issues, giving them a history of an issue and the different current opinions. Editorials offer a platform for readers and writers to express their opinions, engaging in the dialogue so needed in our society today. SFR also hosts this website, movie nights, debates on campus, and trips.
